We are in the last few ripples of the year of the snake, which brought us opportunities to exuviate and renew ourselves. Now it's time to be ready for the powerful, dynamic year of the fire horse!
We leave behind the wood snake and move into the fire horse on Tuesday 17th February.
Nature of the Fire Horse
We know fire🔥has a creative and transformative quality, but what about the nature of horse?
Horses are known for being able to run super fast but did you know they are also really good at resting?
Balancing the fast pace and activity with deep rest and restoration. Horses are great teachers, showing us the importance of balance.
Practicing balance✨ may be the best top tip of the whole year. Being out of balance this year could lead to us getting burnt out quickly.
